MASTER'S DEGREE LM51- QUALIFYING

This section is related to students enrolled in the Master's Degree Course in Psychology QUALIFYING (LM-51), students who enrolled in this Degree Course starting August 1, 2023 .

Students enrolled in the Master's Degree in Psychology are admitted to take the final exam, including the Practical Assessment Test (hereinafter referred to as PPV) that precedes the Final Dissertation, subject to obtaining a passing grade in the practical assessment internship (TPV).

The regulations specify that in order to be admitted to the final exam, as well as to the PPV, it is necessary to have acquired 30 CFU of TPV, of which 10 CFU (250 hours) can be acquired during the Degree Course in Psychological Sciences and Techniques - class L-24 new system and 20 CFU (500 hours) must be acquired through a Practical Assessment Internship (TPV) during the Master's Degree.

The Master's Degree in Psychology (LM-51 Qualifying) therefore provides for the completion of 20 CFU of internship (TPV), to which it may be necessary to add additional CFU to make up for the remaining debt resulting from internships completed by the student during the L-24 Bachelor's Degree program under the old system in order to acquire the 10 CFU required under the new system.

In the following sections you will find all the information relating to the LM51 Qualifying TPV, with particular regard to the relevant legislation, internal regulations, activities, calendars, and activation procedures. You will also find a list of institutions affiliated with the University.

WHAT SHOULD THE STUDENT DO?

Six months after enrolling in the first year, students must begin searching for an internship organization, following the procedure below.

STEP 1

The student checks for the CFU required:

  1. By contacting the ToL
  2. By consulting the degree certificate
  3. By asking the administrative office of your home university

Students must check how many internship credits they have earned during L24. If the student has earned fewer than 10 credits, they will have a deficit that can easily be remedied during the LM51 qualifying internship.

For example: if during L24 you completed 6 CFU of internship, you will have a debt of 4 CFU.

N.B. 1 CFU corresponds to 25 hours of Practical Assessment Internship (TPV) activities.
