Access to the Database of the Online Student Services
Veracity inspection conducted by Public Administrations clerks
In accordance with Article 71, paragraph 1 of the 445/2000, the previous administrations are required to carry out adequate inspections, even random checks, on the veracity of the replacement statements referred in the 46 and 47 articles". In accordance with the D.P.R. 445/2000 (Consolidated text on administrative documentation) and with the D.Lgs 82/2005 (Regulation on Digital Administration), in order to facilitate the clerical acquisition and the control over the replacement statements concerning states, matters, and personal features referred to in Articles 46 and 47 of the D.P.R. 445/2000, the administrations who are holders of telematically accessible databases may conclude agreements with other administrations aimed at regulating the access modalities to the data contained in said databases.
Agreements for the access to the Databases
eCampus University has established an agreement for accessing Student Services data:
Access is provided through the ESSE3 PA application, which is available by logging in to the Portal.
The Public Administrations and the Public Services Suppliers interested in the conclusion of such agreement are required to:
a) print, fill in and sign two copies of the agreement;
b) print, fill in and sign the form for the accreditation/acceptance of the data consultation (which has to be filled in both for the Legal Representative and for any other officer who is intended to be accredited for the accession to the datas);
c) provide a copy of a valid identity document and of the social security number of the subjects of paragraph b);
d) the application, completed using the designated form and accompanied by the documents listed in points a, b, and c, may be sent from the certified email address (PEC) of the applying institution to the University’s certified email address (PEC), for the attention of eCampus University – Student Administration Office
Once the preliminary review is complete, the relevant university offices will provide login credentials for the ESSE3 PA database.
Procedures for consultation in the absence of an agreement
Requests for verification of self-certifications and self-declarations that public administrations submit to this office will be considered only if they are received electronically (via email or certified email) at confermetitoli@pec.uniecampus.it.
The inspection may be carried out only if the personal information of the person who made the statement is correctly provided and the specific information to be verified is clearly indicated.
Procedures for consultation by private individuals
When a request for verification is submitted by a private individual (natural or legal person), in order to proceed with the verification, this request must be accompanied by the written consent of the person(s) who issued the substitute declaration or affidavit. A copy (front and back) of a valid identification document belonging to the person who issued the substitute declaration must be attached to the written consent.
