OBJECTIVES
The aim of the Academic Master in Digital Transformation, Social and Ethical Innovation Management is to respond to the growing need to train professionals capable of interpreting and managing innovation processes in a technological, regenerative, ethical, and socially responsible manner. This is not simply a course on digitalization, but an advanced training program that addresses the transformation of organizational models, economic systems, and social relations from an interdisciplinary, human-centered perspective focused on the common good. The Master proposes a paradigm shift: from innovation aimed solely at economic progress to regenerative innovation capable of generating a positive impact on people, territories, and communities.

The learning pathway stands out in the academic landscape for its integration of technological, managerial, legal, philosophical, and social disciplines. The activities are organized by a highly qualified and diverse teaching staff, composed of university professors, researchers, and professionals from universities, public institutions, civic organizations, and compaanies. Furthermore, the learning pathway includes experiential workshops on key topics such as integral ecology, social entrepreneurship, and digital skills, to promote transformative learning and the operational transfer of knowledge.

The aim of the Academic Master is to train professionals capable of interpreting and guiding innovation as a generative and transformative process, capable of producing economic, social, and cultural value. The goal is not only to transmit technical skills related to digitization, but also to promote a broad and critical vision of innovation as a trigger for the regeneration of organizational, institutional, and territorial models.

In particular, the Master aims to:

  • understand the dynamics of digital transformation in relation to socio-economic and cultural contexts;
  • develop advanced skills in emerging technologies, data governance, sustainable business models, and purpose-driven strategies;
  • acquire legal, managerial, and anthropological tools to address the ethical and regulatory implications of innovation;
  • train cross-cutting soft skills, such as critical thinking, regenerative leadership, visionary thinking, and change design;
  • experiment, through workshops, with concrete models of social entrepreneurship, applied integral ecology, and the valorization of digital skills.

TARGET STUDENTS
The master's program is aimed at candidates who wish to work in the field of innovation with a generative and responsible approach, contributing to the creation of fairer, more resilient, and sustainable organizations, territories, and societies.

Business model innovation, marketing intelligence, purpose strategy, and human-centered management are explored in depth.

  • Module 2 – Digital law, governance and smart societies

The workshops allow participants to experiment with social entrepreneurship practices, applied integral ecology, and the development of digital skills.

The teaching method is fully online with e-learning lessons via an IT platform accessible 24 hours a day.
