MASTER

Smart business management

Establishment and efficient management of companies

1st level Academic Master

OBJECTIVES

The aim of the Master is to provide the knowledge and competencies required in order to efficiently establish, create, develop and manage a company. In order to create and manage a successful career it is necessary to understand how to operate in the financial market. Winning ideas or innovations often fail because they are not supported by analysis, planning and process control. Just as often, companies do not evolve and do not grow, risking decline because they do not exploit market opportunities and do not innovate, continuing to use outdated and no longer effective processes.

Therefore, the objectives of the Master are the following:

  • knowledge of the tools and technologies to be used in order to facilitate data-driven decision-making: ETL process and decision support systems (DSS);
  • how to effectively generate and manage leads and contacts in general, maximise the conversion rate and fruition of promotional offers, particularly on digital channels;
  • content management and creation through the use of generative artificial intelligence, of storytelling and User Generated Content;
  • use of digital advanced tools in order to optimize sales strategies;
  • knowledge and use of methodologies and key techniques for the management of projects, learning how to define and identify an MVP and using Agile practices;
  • using lean thinking tools and techniques on value-oriented process design, which aims to create efficient workflows, reduce interruptions and maximise the value delivered to the customer;
  • using the concept of lateral thinking and its application to promote innovation in different business areas; identifying and developing the skills required to succeed in an increasingly digital and complex professional environment: a mindset open to innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.
