PURPOSE
The Master of Administrative Management of Complex Structures aims to train Professionals and to provide them of all necessary methodology and conceptual basis for Health Management (including risk management).

Participants will develop a multidisciplinary perspective thanks to a professional exchange, a perfect experience to develop managerial skill in addition to technical ability.

WHO IT’S FOR
This Master Universitario is for people with:

- Medicine and Surgery, Law, or Economics Degree

- Whoever aims at holding a Managerial position (graduated with a Master Degree or an equivalent degree).

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
This Master Universitario prepares Managers with a multidisciplinary perspective for health complex structures handling. Professionals who complete this Master Universitario will be able to:

- Read environmental changes with a new theoretical and practical consciousness, developing suitable managerial strategies.

- Identify new opportunities to reduce errors, following the right methodology.

- Using management tools adequately to reduce the gap between theoretical and applied strategy.

- Integrate facility safety, patient safety and to continuously improve quality in the community health service.

JOB POSITION
The Master of Administrative Management of Complex Structures provides professional training to whoever aims at developing or consolidating managerial skill and embarking on a career in Public Health to be Medical Director or Head Physician.

DURATA E STRUTTURA DEL MASTER
This Master Universitario has a duration of 12 months and is provided full on line: Online only, with discussion of your thesis at the Novedrate campus (CO).

Single subject exams take place at eCampus University in Novedrate, in Rome and in Messina.
