OBJECTIVES 

The master is focused on the promotion of talents and the management of human resources as a critical asset for the success of a company. The aim of the master is to provide skills necessary for the integration between the corporate structure and the conditions for the development of the potentialities of each individual.

PROFESSIONAL FIGURE

The graduates of the master shall acquire competencies in team and human resources management; shall be able to draw up job descriptions and job evaluations; and shall be able to organize the staffing increases. Furthermore, the graduates shall be able to draw up a financial budget for the personnel, having acquired flexibility in the mangement of human resources.

SOURCES OF EMPLOYMENT

The master is designed for graduates (without distiction of faculty, both of the new, and the old system) and for young professionals interested in understanding the dynamics of organizational management and human resources, for the purpose of being integrated in the human resources sector of a company or a society for personnel selection.

DURATION AND STRUCTURE

Total Duration: 1 year.

The implementation modality of the master in Personnel Management and Human Resources Development is full online on the e-learning platform of the University, accessible 24 hours a day. The examinations shall be carried out in the Novedrate headquarters. The final dissertation shall be discussed in the Novedrate headquarters.
